NBA "star" Kris Humphries is tired of all of you talking smack about him! Specifically, Kim Kardashian and her family! The athlete has now filed for an annulment (which means he wants to clear the record of ever being married).

In the court docs, according to TMZ, Kris  feels he was defrauded (eh???) by Kim into marrying him for her reality show. 

Ummmmmmm, Kris? You may need to have a SEAT for this one. BOY!

Sources close to Kris tell TMZ ... Kris was not in on the alleged fraud, meaning he did not stage the marriage for Kim's reality show.  We're told Kris wanted this to be a genuine marriage, but Kim was never really on board.

I can believe this. But when you're married to a Kardashian, it's not going to be a conventional marriage. Have you NOT seen their reality shows? 

Oh and that's not all. Kris also claims there are "community and quasi-community assets."  Sources connected with Kim claim there's no community property.

The Bajan star began shooting scenes for the vid in London, England. 

In related news, Rihanna's new album Talk That Talk debuted at the #3 spot on the Billboard charts with over 197,000 copies sold in its first week. Hmmmmmm. Not bad, but not great either.

And it's like the way I see it is that I have two little kids who are understanding the world in a time when Rihanna is on the cover of Vogue, and we have a black president. So their eyes are being as if they're experiencing the world for the first time. All of this stuff is just root -- it's normal stuff for them. And that to me is what's so incredible. When my daughter understood what a president was, it was a black man. It's not like me, where I grew up with all of these old white guys one after another ... Their perspective on race and everything is completely open and completely different to how it was when I was a kid."

It wasn’t the time or the place. She had to go into those meetings and say that to those producers in order for them to get the information. She knew what she was doing. It’s whatever. Personally, I would have taken that to the grave. I never would have thought that she would want to say that on national T.V., especially when your man works with him and that is his colleague. But, everybody’s different. That was her decision and I guess she felt like she had to get it off of her chest or whatever, but it didn’t play off well in the situation.

Listen Emily! You said SOOOOOOO much without sayin' nothing at all in this quote! I really don't know what to make of Kimbella. She appears quite inauthentic on television, and I could NEVER get with anyone exposing his/her business in that way on TV, even if her intentions were good. *sigh*

Whoever lands the UCLA coaching job will have a picked up a marquee recruit. Justin Combs, the son of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, said he will attend UCLA in a statement released by his family. Combs is a defensive back at New Rochelle Iona Prep. “Playing Division I football was a lifelong dream of mine, and through hard work I was able to achieve it,” Combs said in a statement released by his family’s public relations firm. Combs is a 5-foot-9, 170-pound defensive back. He was offered scholarships by Illinois, Virginia and Wyoming. “As a parent, this is one of the proudest moments of my life,” Sean Combs said in a statement. “This is everything a father could want in his son, for him to excel at what he loves to do.” Combs walks into a unknown situation. The Bruins, who play in the Pac-12 Conference championship game Friday, fired head Coach Rick Neuheisel Monday.

Conrad Murray Sentenced To The MAXIMUM In Michael Jackson Death

Dr. Conrad Murray was sentenced Tuesday to the maximum penalty of four years behind bars for administering a lethal dose of a powerful anesthetic to Michael Jackson. "He violated the trust of the medical community, of his colleagues and of his patient," said Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor, "and he has absolutely no sense of remorse, absolutely no sense of fault, and is and remains dangerous." Murray, 58, was convicted of manslaughter in the 2009 death of the pop star at age 50 as he was preparing for a major concert series in the U.K. At a sentencing hearing, Jackson family attorney Brian Panish told the court, "We're are not here to seek revenge. There is nothing that you can do today that will ring back Michael." But the family joined the prosecution in seeking the maximum sentence. As Panish spoke, Jackson's mother Katherine Jackson became teary eyed. Jackson's brothers Randy and Jermaine and sister La Toya also were in the audience section. Murray's attorney David Chernoff, who had argued at trial that Jackson caused his own death by self-administering medication while Murray wasn't looking, suggested Jackson wasn't as vulnerable as prosecutors said. "Michael Jackson was a drug seeker and he sought it out from Dr. Murray , who was wrong in providing it," said Chernoff. "He sought it out from other doctors. He was a powerful, famous, wealthy individual, with lawyers, security and staff and advisors." Asking for probation rather than incarceration, Chernoff pointed to Murray's good work before he treated Jackson and suggested the physician could do more for the community outside of jail. But in a lengthy, blistering response, Pastor said Murray was "involved in a cycle of horrible medicine" and "engaged in a recurring continuous patter of deceit, of lies." By administering propofol to help Jackson sleep, "He engaged in this money for medical madness that simply is not going to be tolerated by me." Murray, who has been in jail since the verdict, was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs and will likely serve his time in a county lockup. The prosecution also requested that Murray pay a staggering $100 million in restitution, the amount that Jackson's estate estimated he would have earned had he completed the concert tour. That issue was postponed for a later hearing.

Tameka Raymond -- who had 2 kids with Usher during their brief 2 year marriage -- filed court papers in Georgia ... asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their children ASAP. According to the docs, Tameka claims Usher has repeatedly FAILED to obtain her permission to travel outside the state with the kids ... which he's legally obligated to do.

Two New Cast Members Added To "Basketball Wives"!

The producers of "Basketball Wives" are upping the drama level big time for season 4 -- adding two new cast members ... one of which was arrested earlier this year for allegedly trying to stab her husband! Sources close to the show tell TMZ ... Kenya Bell (right) will be joining the show this coming season. We're told during filming so far ... Kenya has already assumed the role of villain and gotten into a few fights with the girls.

Bell is a former Miss Michigan USA who was arrested for allegedly trying to stab her husband, Charlie Bell, with a box cutter. The other new cast member, we're told, is Kesha Ni’cole Nichols. According to our sources, Nichols talks openly about the wedding on the show and has thus far been well-liked by the rest of the cast.

Off the success of her platinum debut selling album Pink Friday, rap's reigning queen Nicki Minaj unveiled to her Twitter Barbz the album title and release date for her sophomore effort!

Pink Friday: ROMAN RELOADED will serve as the follow-up to last year’s platinum-selling debut Pink Friday, which spawned the hit single “Super Bass.” It is slated for release on February 14, 2012.

The title is based off Nicki’s flamboyant alter ego Roman Zolanski, described as her gay male counterpart. He can be heard rapping on the Eminem-assisted “Roman’s Revenge” and Trey Songz’ “Bottoms Up.”

The Young Money raptress took to Twitter to inform her Barbz of the exciting news. “Pink Friday : ROMAN RELOADED will be released on Valentines Day, 2012. Heeeee’s baaaacccckkkkk,” she tweeted.

It’s unclear whether the project will be comprised of all new recordings or be a re-release of her debut with additional material.

Thank God that we will finally hear Nicki RAPPING on her follow-up album as opposed to the pop shyt she spit on Pink Friday. Let's face it....I like "angry...animated Nicki". This other persona with the chicken wing around her neck.....I can do without her.

I never really checked for Jim Jones before his gal Chrissy (my FAVE!) was featured on "Love & Hip Hop". But now, I admire how these two ride for each other.....it even makes him more enjoyable to me *shrug*.

Justin Bieber Takes Paternity Test.....What Say YOU, Mariah Yeater?!?!?

Justin Bieber took a DNA test on Friday night in New Jersey, and now it's baby mama's move. Justin took the test at a lab under "very controlled circumstances."  We're told there is a solid chain of custody, so it's going to be hard for Mariah Yeater or her lawyer to challenge it. As we first reported, Justin's team will NOT settle or even discuss settlement with Yeater or her lawyer.  It's now up to her to provide DNA results from Mariah's baby.

Mariah's lawyer was unavailable for comment.

I blame MYSELF for still reporting on this story...SMH! But I'm soooooo waiting for this lil WINCH to eat crow and crawl back in her hole and never to return. Wishful thinking.....

Beyonce Hosts "Live at Roseland" Screening In NYC (FULL SHOW)

While most of the music industry was on the West Coast for the American Music Awards, Beyonce Knowles and her ever-growing baby bump tended to promotional duties at the Paris Theatre in New York City on Sunday evening for the screening of her "Live at Roseland" concert. 

Throughout the DVD, a usually private Beyonce shares some intimate moments with her fans like unveiling her wedding dress for the first time, going back in the day with her first group Girls Tyme, family photos and more!

YES MA'AM, Demi!!!!!! I think it's safe to say you are OVER your body issues, eh?

Disney turned pop star Demi Lovato got super glammed up on the carpet at the 12th Annual Latin Grammy Awards which were held at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on Thursday night.

The "Skyscraper" singer donned a deep plunging neck, burgundy gown that hugged her curves! She also took to the stage with Pablo Alborán to perform a rendition of "Solamente tú".

Movie News: Robert De Niro Will Play Bernie Madoff In New Film!

I likes....he even favors him a tad bit, eh?

Robert De Niro's production company Tribeca Productions and John Burnham Schwartz will take on highly the publicized scandal that rocked the nation: The Bernie Madoff debacle, in a new HBO film entitled, “Truth and Consequences: Inside the Life of the Madoff Family”. 

For those that have been living under a rock, Bernie Madoff rocked the nation for swindling people out of their investments to him and his company through ponzi schemes. He disgraced his family (one of his sons committed suicide last year) and is now serving a 150-year jail sentence leaving many of his clients penny-less.

CONGRATS are in order for actress Nia Long! She welcomed another baby boy by the name of Kez Sunday Udoka. STRONG Nigerian name....I LIKES!!!

Spokeswoman Priscilla Moralez says “both mother and child are healthy and happy to be home.” 

Kez is the first child for Long and Ime Udoka. Long has a 10-year-old son, Massai, from a previous relationship.

Ashton Kutcher Puts His Foot In His Mouth With Joe Paterno Tweet!

I've said this time and time again.....some people should just LAY OFF Twitter. ESPECIALLY some celebs. Maybe Ashton Kutcher should join that list...perhaps?!

As we all know, Ashton hasn't been the public's brightest light as of late considering all of the alleged cheating allegations against his wife Demi Moore. And now, this has increased 10-fold!

The biggest headline of the moment is Penn State's head football coach of 40+ years, Joe Paterno, who was fired from the University for covering up child molestation involving his former Assistant Coach Jerry Sandusky. Mr. Kutcher took it upon himself to tweet out the following:

"How do you fire Jo Pa?  #insult #noclass as a hawkeye fan I find it in poor taste."

Of course, this didn't bode well with Ashton's followers as he was IMMEDIATELY attacked by some angry 'fans', some of which said things like, "F- you!!!".

Ashton sent out a string of tweets after that said:

"Heard Joe was fired, fully recant previous tweet! Didn't have full story. #admitwhenYoumakemistakes."

"This is an insane story, I just heard paterno was fired, getting the rest of the story now... Wow."

"As an advocate in the fight against child sexual exploitation, I could not be more remorseful for all involved in the Penn St. case."

"Honestly just had half facts man my bad ... I need 2b more responsible 4 my voice."

I'm happy that Ashton admitted that he was DEAD WRONG!!! It's okay....we believe you! But WATCH IT next time....
