Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi got off lucky today, as she appeared before a Judge in New Jersey for her drunken escapade on a Seaside Heights beach earlier this summer.
Escaping a 90 day sentence in jail, Snooki received 2 days community service and a $533 fine.
GOOD! You deserve it Snickers.
But, the reality star didn't get off too easily. Judge Damian Murray told Snooki he didn't know if her antics were scripted, adding, if it was scripted Snooki needed to decide "if it was worth trading your dignity for a paycheck."
He continued by saying her actions were "rude and self-indulgent" and called her a "Lindsay Lohan wannabe."

Snooki replied that she was "very embarrassed" and says she was never in this kind of situation before.
