Jennifer Hudson Speaks On Family Murders
Opening up for the first time to VH1's Behind The Music about the day when she lost her mother, brother and nephew in a horrific murder, Hudson recounts that time in her life:
"It's all a blur, it was surreal. It was like I was outside of myself. For almost two weeks straight . . . [I was] inside one room with just family and friends coming in and out," she says. "I prayed when I'd get up in the morning and prayed before I laid down at night. Hudson barely addressed the murders until the 2009 Grammys, where she performed a poignant, moving rendition of "You Pulled Me Through." "I was definitely thinking of my family when I was singing that song," she says. "I could hear my brother in my head, like, 'Jennifer, you need to kill this, you need to get up and do it.' I knew he would be disappointed if I didn't do it justice."

"I feel like I've lived about three or four different lives," she says, adding that her 11-month-old son David (with her fiancé David Otunga) has helped her heal. Little David, "reminds me of my nephew," says Hudson, and he also helps her remember her mother. "In so many ways I channel her because she was such a great mom." Her son, she adds, "makes me feel like the most special person on earth. I want him to get the same love and the same upbringing my mother gave us."This is just too much for me right now! I'm so happy she is finally able to speak about this, and that her son has given her a place where she can be happy again.

According to reports, the Kardashian gals' new shop will be opening in mid August - with plans to showcase a line of Kardashian family designs.

Mel Gibson Files Restraining Order Against Baby-Momma!

Going through what seems to be quite the nasty split, Mel Gibson has reportedly filed a restraining order against his babymamma Oksana Grigorieva. While the former lovers insisted that their April 2010 breakup was amicable, Mel has since submitted paperwork at the Los Angeles Superior Court to keep Miss Grigorieva from coming near him. A Radar Online report tells that, along with a temporary restraining order, Mel has filed "a notice about a forthcoming court hearing and a notice of visitation rights and child custody." At the time of their parting of ways, Oksana had told press, “I can tell you that we have split up, suddenly and recently. Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. CONGRATS, Ne-Yo!Ne-Yo’s champagne life is about to get sweeter. The crooner exclusively told EBONY magazine on Thursday about an upcoming production that he’s most proud of. Except this time it’s not music. It’s a baby and Ne-Yo, 30, is about to become a first-time father. EBONY sat down with the singer-songwriter at a super exclusive photoshoot planned to help promote his upcoming album Libra Scale. Ne-Yo, who is preparing to attend the ASCAP Awards Friday night in Beverly Hills, talked about how he had traveled home to Atlanta to get some news about the baby. Surprise! He had to come home so he could make the first ultrasound visit with his girlfriend. There’s no word on the sex of the baby because the tiny tot curled up in a ball, leading Ne-Yo to joke that his future progeny is “stubborn.” But, he added, “They didn’t get that one from me.” The star, whose album is due on September 21, is excited about meeting his first child in January. “I am 30 and I do have my first child on the way, and I’m very, very, very excited about that,” he tells EBONY. “It’s a New Year’s baby and I’m just in a really good place right now.”

Diddy Responds To "Fuckin' For Tracks" Comment
Diddy gave an interview with Ozone magazine where they asked the Hip Hop great his response to the whole "fuckin' for tracks" 'movement':
I don’t really know about the whole fuckin’ for tracks thing. I never really heard about that shit. As a producer I don’t know if some ass will make you go in the studio and spend three days making a track for chick. I can’t really see that working. It takes too much time to produce a track the right way for you to give it away for some ass.I'm not saying this doesn't go on, but I'm with Diddy on this one! I'll be damned if I was a dude!

Dwyane Wade And Wife Siohvaughn Will Officially Be Divorced This Week!
According to The Chicago Tribune:
A Cook County judge has agreed to grant a divorce for NBA All-Star Dwyane Wade and his estranged wife, ending more than two years of contention, Wade's lawyer said. Judge Marya Nega will grant the divorce between Dwyane Wade and Siohvaughn Wade in court on Friday, and save custody and assets proceedings for a later date, said Jim Pritikin, Dwyane Wade's divorce attorney. "Mr. Wade has waited patiently for almost three years for this day to arrive," Pritikin said Tuesday night. "It is in the best interest of the Wade children that their parents' marriage be dissolved." Last month, Nega slammed Siohvaughn Wade after she fired her ninth lawyer, saying the case would be moving forward. The divorce battle also has spawned various other lawsuits. A custody hearing is scheduled for July 19, Pritikin said.A judge also granted Dwyane Wade TEMPORARY custody of his two children until they can figure this mess out.

BREAKING: Lawrence Taylor Charged With Rape!

Lawrence Taylor has been indicted on rape charges for the incident involving a 16-year old prostitute he allegedly hired. In addition to rape, a grand jury also indicted the NFL Hall of Famer on the following charges: criminal sexual act, sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child, and patronizing a prostitute. Taylor was arrested in May at a Holiday Inn outside NYC. Prosecutors say he paid the girl $300 to have sex. Taylor denies having sex with her -- in fact sources connected to Taylor tell TMZ part of his defense will be that he masturbated. LT's agent Mark Lepselter says their legal team "made a strategic decision to not put any of our evidence in front of the grand jury. We look forward to presenting our evidence at the appropriate time."It's gonna be a long and bumpy ride for Mr. Taylor....stay tuned!

Sandra Bullock Goes Country For Nashville!
Proving that she can do it ALL, Sandra Bullock took to the stage to support the flood victims of Nashville for a performance at the Nashville Rising benefit concert last night.
Of course she surprised EVERYONE with this impromptu performance and it is being reported the audience went nuts when she walked out on stage.
Sandra told the enthusiastic crowd, “I’m going to bring the house down. And I’m going to do it Nashville style!”
Strapping on a jumbo-sized acoustic guitar, Bullock added, “If I could have some quiet please,” as she tried to play the guitar, though she eventually gave up, stating, “I can’t play for crap!”
