T.I.'s Wife, Tameka Cottle, Charged!

TMZ has learned the L.A. County District Attorney has charged  T.I.'s wife -- Tameka Cottle -- for possessing the drug ecstasy when the couple was arrested on Sunset Strip last month. If convicted, Tameka could face up to a year behind bars. As we previously reported, the D.A. has elected not to prosecute T.I. for charges stemming from the incident, noting that the rapper will already be serving time in Georgia for a probation violation stemming from the L.A. arrest.

Looks like we know who took the charge, eh? Ride or die chick or just plain stupid???

Will Ferrell and Tina Fey also dropped by to promote their new movie “Megamind” due in theaters November 5th.

While on the promotional trail for her new album Speak Now, Taylor Swift stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show when Ellen got all up in her business about her getting cozy with Jake Gyllenhaal.

After Ellen asked if she’s optimistic about love right now, she added “especially if your boyfriend is Jake Gyllenhaal because he is very handsome. Y’all are just hanging out though right?”

So after spouting off in a drunken rant about her daughter being eliminated on DWTS, Audrina Patridge's mom, Lynn Patridge, has bit the bullet and apologized after embarrassing the shyt outta her daughter:

"I was extremely emotional after her elimination – it just came as such a shock," Lynn says. "I want to apologize for offending anyone. I am sincerely sorry for the negative things I said in the heat of the moment. As a mother, there is no pain in this world like seeing your children upset. I am so proud of my daughter and all she has accomplished on Dancing with the Stars."

Hmmmm, somebody got an angry phone call from their daughter, I take it!

Celine Dion Finally Name Her Twin Boys

Celine Dion and family are all resting comfortably at their home in West Palm Beach, Fla after giving birth to their twin boys. Now, the superstar singer has finally gives the two bundles of joy their names: Eddy and Nelson! 

Practical, eh?

The name "Eddy" comes from Eddy Marnay, who produced the singer's first five records. "He was like a father to her," says Dion's rep. "Eddy is a major influence in both Céline and René's lives."

Nelson is named after Nelson Mandela, whom Dion met two years ago while kicking off her world tour in South Africa. "René said that in just the few minutes they were able to spend with him, they were impressed by the human being he is," says the rep.

Awwww. That's wonderful. Makes sense now.

"Céline and René want their children to be inspired by their names, because they were so inspired by these men," the rep adds.

Now, Selita Ebanks is speaking out about the first time she ever met Lady Wintour and how her appearance (Timberland boots, high-water beige pants and a plaid shirt) ruined her chances of ever appearing in VOGUE magazine.

I remember walking in—Trudy from Vogue at the time...looks at me and she’s like startled. And I didn’t understand why. I was like, 'What up? Who am I here to meet?' She says, 'Take off your jacket, take off your jacket, it’ll be fine, it’ll be fine — be yourself.' And I walk into the office, I got maybe two steps into the room, and I look and it's amazing Ms. Anna Wintour. She goes [makes a dismissive wave] and dismisses me. And my cover did not come out to say the least and I have never shot Vogue magazine!

Ummmm, Selita....what were you thinking??? I mean, Anna is like GOD in the fashion world. SMH. 

From that experience, Selita learned a very valuable lesson: Always do your homework on who you're meeting, before you walk in the door!

Jay-Z Matures; Regrets Past Lyrics!

Isn't it amazing what growing up can do for a person? Especially a MAN (sorry....REAL TALK). Jay-Z's new book, entitled Decoded, is about explaining some of his past lyrics. In a recent interview with The Wall Street Journal, the superstar rapper reveals:

"Some [lyrics] become really profound when you see them in writing. Not 'Big Pimpin.' That's the exception.It was like, I can't believe I said that. And kept saying it. What kind of animal would say this sort of thing? Reading it is really harsh. The lyrics to "Big Pimpin' " describe Jay-Z's troubled relationship with women (in short: He wants them to look good, stay away from his money, and be available when he needs them), a subject he has abandoned since marrying Beyonce in 2008. In fact, Jay says all hip-hop needs now is love. "We have to find our way back to true emotion. This is going to sound so sappy, but love is the only thing that stands the test of time," he told the WSJ, name-checking two of the most iconic hip-hop records of the past 15 years. "'The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill' was all about love. Andre 3000, 'The Love Below.' Even N.W.A, at its core -- that was about love for a neighborhood."

Camille Grammer, ex Playboy model,  reality star of RHOBH and former wife to Kelsey Grammer, is speaking out quite candidly about her famous husband's push for her to do the reality show. The former dancer feels Kelsey, perhaps wanted her to do the popular show so that he could cheat? Say it ain't so!!!

"Looking back, maybe he wanted to keep me preoccupied in California while he was off having his affair in New York. I really didn't want to do "Housewives". I think it was more Kelsey's agenda. Mariah Carey Confirms She Is PREGNANT!!!

  
This honestly made my heart go "pity-pat"....NO, really!

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS goes out to Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon as they have announced that they are in FACT pregnant with their 1st child together!

"Yes, we are pregnant. This is true," Carey, 41, said on the TODAY show Thursday morning as part of a sneak peek at a three-part Access Hollywood interview. Billy Bush (host of Access Hollywood) delivered the news to the world when he sat down with the couple at their home in NYC. Mariah continues, "It's been a long journey. It's been tough because I've been trying to hold on to a shred of privacy." 

Nick later joined Mariah during the interview and said the news was "absolutely emotional", adding, "The greatest gift on earth is a child."

In very shocking news, Mariah did reveal that they suffered a miscarriage two years ago, and would not reveal her due date. She did say it would be early spring.

AGAIN, I'm acting as if this is my child! Soooooo happy for them. CONGRATS!!!

WOW! This came outta nowhere. But then again, no it didn't. These two haven't been photographed together in a while, and let's face: Industry Marriages are often doomed!

Miley Cyrus' parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, are divorcing after 17 years of marriage. "As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family," they say in a statement. "We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers." The couple have five children, including the pop star. Divorce papers were filed Wednesday in Tennessee citing irreconcilable differences.

Nonetheless, this is still a sad situation! Especially when kids are involved.

"I really DID snort my father's ashes. The truth of the matter is that after having Dad’s ashes in a black box for six years, because I really couldn’t bring myself to scatter him to the winds, I finally planted a sturdy English oak to spread him around. And as I took the lid off of the box, a fine spray of his ashes blew out on to the table. I couldn’t just brush him off so I wiped my finger over it and snorted the residue. Ashes to ashes, father to son. He is now growing oak trees and would love me for it."

Mariah Carey called into hubby Nick Cannon's radio show this morning to address "the rumors" going around about her being pregnant and also if they're having a baby boy!

Lady Carey told listeners that they should tune in to the TODAY show tomorrow morning if they wanted to hear "anything" about the alleged rumors. And honestly left it at that!

Denise Richards, ex-wife of troubled actor Charlie Sheen, sat down with Joy Behar for her late night talk show on CNN to show her support for her children's father.

“I do know what happened and I did help him at the hospital,” Richards said. “My daughters are five and six years old. They’re at an age where they can start to understand. They have no idea what went on.”

When asked how the actor was doing, Richards replied: “Maybe I’ll let you ask Charlie.”

Rihanna: Chris Brown Assault Was "A Wake Up Call"

In the new issue of Marie Claire UK magazine, pop star Rihanna speaks candidly about the much publicized assault that ex-boyfriend Chris Brown laid upon her:

"God has a crazy way of working, and sometimes when stuff happens you feel like, 'What did I do to deserve this?' Why was it backfiring on me?'" she recalls. "But I needed that wake-up call in my life. I needed a turning point, and that's what God was giving to me."

She speaks about weathering the storm:

"All this terrible stuff they say to you, it breaks you down," she says. "[But] once you're back on your feet -- if you ever make it back on your feet -- that's the ultimate achievement."

Ain't that the truth!

Even though it was difficult for her to leave Brown, she knew it was something she had to do:

"I remember I was in New York at the Trump Hotel and I woke up and I just knew I was over it. It was a different day. I felt different. I didn't feel lonely," she recalls. "I felt like I wanted to get up and be in the world. That was a great, great feeling."

She continues:

"I feel like I smile for real this time. The smiles come from inside, and it exudes in everything I do," she says. "People feel my energy is different. When I smile they can tell that it's purse bliss and not just a cover up."

Hmmmm, that wouldn't have anything to do with that FINE man of yours Matt Kemp, eh? 

It seems that BOTH Rihanna and Chris are trying to move on and put that horrific night behind them. It's good to hear the Rihanna is in a happy place now. GOOD FOR HER!

New mother and music superstar Alicia Keys took to her blog and wrote a very moving and powerful piece about the new man in her life, newborn son Egypt Daoud Dean:

Every moment is beautiful; delicious even! Every moment I'm learning and living in a way I never have before. Being present in a way I never have before. Existing in moments I never have before.

Never have I felt so calm, so purposeful in taking the time to truly observe the world around me, to live in it fully and watch it, discuss it, put time toward it. It feels really incredible - so peaceful, so complete and long overdue.

I'm grown, I'm confident, I'm secure, and so blessed to be these things.

I'm most enamored with anatomy at this point. The miracle of the human body. The ability to create all these small amazing machines of veins, capillaries, digestive systems, eyes, ears and noses. I can spend HOURS looking at one little EAR! Have u ever noticed how complex just an ear is? A tiny maze of art. It may sound silly but it's so true. Or a heartbeat? And breath; invisible as it may be, how necessary!

I've never seen a more beautiful face in my LIFE! The most perfect eyes and beautiful nose, the sweetest lips and skin so soft and kissable!

Never have I felt such disbelief, such awe, humility, godliness, such strength, power and possibility.

I've never believed in greatness and the never ending Higher Power more than now!

First Lady Michelle Obama made an appearance at the Women’s Conference 2010 (attended by 14,000) in Long Beach, CA on Tuesday. The popular annual conference, hosted by Maria Shriver, is the nation’s premier forum for women. Its mission is to empower women to be Architects of Change in their homes, their workplaces, their communities and the world around them.

KUDOS!

Shriver announced that this is the last year that she will host the conference and thanked her staff - along with her organizers - who have helped put on the conference for the last seven years.

Here are never before seen images of the great Michael Jackson that was photographed by famed French photographer Arno Bani. The shots reportedly have been released for a new book Michael Jackson: The Auction (due out at the end of the year) and also for the cover of Jackson's 1999 album Invincible.

Talking about working with Jackson at the time, Bani said: 'I had carte blanche. I was young but he was more of a kid than I was. He asked me to dream, to play with haute couture - it was like solving a puzzle.'

Model Jessica White ARRESTED!

Supermodel (and one of Terrell Owens and Sean Penn's luvahs) Jessica White was arrested in NYC early Saturday morning outside Avenue Lounge for allegedly striking another woman in the face and pulling her hair. 

COT DAMN! Was a man involved? Just curious....

According to a complaint filed to the DA's office, White allegedly hit the woman numerous times causing "lacerations, swelling and substantial pain." Her lawyer says, "The police report doesn't sound like Jessica, and she must have been provoked." 

Ut oh...you got some 'splaining' to do Jessica!
