Megan Fox is reportedly off the market fellas (and some ladies). But the real question is, was she ever ON the market?

Maybe the second time's the charm. Megan Fox and on-again beau Brian Austin Green are engaged to be married – again. "Yes, she is engaged," a rep for the actress, whose action film Jonah Hex opens on Friday, tells PEOPLE. Fox, 24, and Green, 36, who met in 2004, initially got engaged in November 2006, only to call it off in February 2009. At the time, a source said the decision to was "mutual." Despite their split, the two were regularly spotted together – and now they are prepared to walk down the aisle. In 2009, before they called off their first engagement, Green says of his ideal wedding: "[The ceremony will be] small ... Originally we were talking elopement and now we might have a few people there."
