Sean Kingston's female jet ski passenger tells TMZ Sean was driving "REALLY fast" when they crashed into a bridge this weekend ... and insists she begged him to slow down before the accident. TMZ spoke with Cassandra Sanchez -- Sean's longtime friend -- who tells us she arrived to Miami Beach with another female friend to ride jet skis with Sean and his buddy on Saturday evening. Sanchez tells us, "Both jet skis pulled out of the dock at the same time and we were going so fast we just blasted past them. When we turned a corner and crashed ... they were so far behind us they didn't even see us crash." Sanchez says ... as Sean was racing towards the bridge, she screamed out, "We can't fit under there! Are we going to try and go under there? Sean stop!" Sanchez tells us ... she believes Sean tried to turn away from the bridge at the last minute ... and lost control because they were going "REALLY fast." The next thing Sanchez remembers is waking up in the water in pain. Sanchez says her friends on the other jet ski raced over and tried to help out ... with Sean's buddy trying to position the injured singer so he wouldn't swallow any more water. They all signaled for help until a boat came to the scene to help out. Sanchez says, "[Sean] was coughing up blood, foam and pink stuff" ... and when he finally opened his eyes, he kept repeating the words, "I'm hurting. I'm hurting" Sanchez says her ribs and her jaw are still sore -- but overall, she's OK. As for Sean, Sanchez says "They have a tube down his throat so he can't really talk, but he is lucid and understands what's going on." Sanchez says doctors plan to keep Sean in the hospital for "a couple more weeks."WOW! For those who have ridden or been a passenger on a jet ski before, it is really fun but you do run the risk of crashing or driving out of control. Here's hoping to a speedy recovery for Sean!

The Jersey Shore star was taken to a police station to fill out an accident report on Monday after she was involved in a fender bender with a patrol car in Florence, Italian police confirm to PEOPLE. Deena Nicole Cortese and a member of the show's production team were also in the Fiat Multipla when Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, who was driving, crashed into the back of a traffic patrol car, sandwiching her vehicle between the highway wall and the police cruiser. No one was in serious condition, although a male and female police officer were taken to the emergency room of the local Careggi hospital to be treated for whiplash, bruises and cuts. Polizzi and Cortese refused medial treatment, police say. The irony? The police car Polizzi collided with was an escort appointed for their personal safety. Snooki and Cortese were taken into the central police station of Florence to file routine paperwork – not because they had been arrested, police say. Sean Kingston is in the hospital after being injured in a jet ski accident near Miami Beach on Sunday afternoon (May 29). According to CNN, the “Beautiful Girls” singer, 21, and a female passenger were taken to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital after their watercraft crashed into a small bridge around 6 p.m. local time.Kingston’s publicist confirmed that the singer was in an accident. “No further details are available at the moment. He and his family thank everyone for the well wishes,” the statement said. While some reports suggest he is in critical condition, hip-hop artist Trav, who featured Kingston on his song “Life Style,” visited him at the hospital. “He is good in stable condition,” he told told CNN via e-mail. His fans and famous friends flooded Twitter with their well wishes. Tourmate Justin Bieber wrote, “got my friend @seankingston in my prayers tonight. a true friend and big bro. please keep him in your prayers tonight as well.” Nicki Minaj, who collaborated with him on “Letting Go (Dutty Love),” added, “My love & prayers are with Sean Kingston & his family,” while his fellow islander Rihanna tweeted, “Sean we praying for u baby.”Source

Bishop Eddie Long, the Atlanta-based megachurch leader, has reached an out-of-court settlement with four young men who accused him of sexual coercion, representatives for both sides said Thursday.B.J. Bernstein, the attorney representing the men, said in a statement that the lawsuits against Long and his church have “been resolved.” Bernstein's two-paragraph statement said that neither she nor the accusers would talk about the lawsuits “now or in the future.” Art Franklin, a Long spokesman, said Thursday that the pastor settled because it “is the most reasonable road for everyone to travel.” “This decision was made to bring closure to this matter and to allow us to move forward with the plans God has for this ministry,” Franklin said in a statement. Long is an internationally known televangelist who crusaded against gay marriage, and the lawsuits against him drew national attention.The settlement comes eight months after Long, the senior pastor of New Birth Missionary Church in Lithonia, Georgia, said from the pulpit of his 25,000 member megachurch that he vowed to fight the accusations against him, with the congregation cheering in response. Long entered into mediation talks in February. According to news reports, the sessions between Long and his four accusers - Anthony Flagg, Maurice Robinson, Jamal Parris and Spencer LeGrande - were tense. The suits accused Long of using his position coerce the men into having sexual relationships with him while they were teenage members of his congregation. The lawsuits say Long engaged in intimate sexual acts with the young men, such as massages, masturbation and oral sex. Long took the young men on trips including to Kenya, according to the suits. He allegedly enticed the young men with gifts including cars, clothes, jewelry and electronic items. Long's attorneys deny those allegations and maintain that the pastor was attempting to be a father figure to the youths by providing them with financial assistance and encouragement.More under the break....

Lindsay Lohan, 24, began serving house arrest Thursday morning at her Venice, Calif., townhouse after turning herself in to the Lynwood Jail hours earlier. "She is now confined to the interior premises of her home at all times," L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore tells PEOPLE. Whitmore adds that Lohan surrendered to the facility at 5:02 a.m., where it was determined she was eligible for home confinement. The actress was fitted with an electronic ankle bracelet and released in less than an hour. No booking photo was taken. Lohan had been sentenced to four months in jail after she pleaded no contest to stealing a $2,500 necklace, but jail overcrowding issues and the fact that she's a nonviolent offender made her eligible for house arrest. The actress, however, could serve a little over two weeks of confinement due to good behavior and budgetary constraints. Whitmore declined to say whether any exceptions would allow Lohan to leave her home. But he previously stated that her ankle bracelet will not be detecting for drugs or alcohol. Lohan also serving 480 hours of community service – mostly at a downtown women's shelter – and is expected to serve janitorial duty at the L.A. County morgue. At her last hearing, the judge forbade the actress to attend community service while under house arrest.
