Jesse Jackson Throws Race In The Lebron vs. Dan Gilbert Debacle!

Of course he did!!! Blacks are highly sensitive to comments like these......

The Universe is STILL buzzing over the disparaging letter CAVS owner Dan Gilbert made about Lebron James once he decided to leave his hometown for the Miami Heat.

Parts of the letter below: 

This was announced with a several day, narcissistic, self-promotional build-up culminating with a national TV special of his "decision" unlike anything ever "witnessed" in the history of sports and probably the history of entertainment.

Slightly agree with this comment....

Some people think they should go to heaven but NOT have to die to get there.

This shocking act of disloyalty from our home grown "chosen one" sends the exact opposite lesson of what we would want our children to learn. And "who" we would want them to grow-up to become.

PUUUULEASE Dan Gilbert! Spare us with the dramatics, azzhole!

Now, according to the Associated Press, Jesse Jackson is livid over this letter directed toward the free agent and likens it as if  they're directed at a "runaway slave."

Some may feel that race should not be brought into this equation (and maybe it should NOT), but as a black person living in this country, I INSTANTLY picked up on the racial undertones. Sorry....it's just how it is for US!

He continues by saying the comments in the letter "personify a slave master mentality" and that Gilbert should face a "challenge" from the league.

HA! Tough chance, but Gilbert does need a SEAT!
