Congrats are in order for Extra's own Mario Lopez and girlfriend Courtney Mazza as they have welcomed their very first child together: a baby girl named Gia Francesca Lopez.
Gia weighed in at 6 lbs., 4 oz., with mother and daughter both doing great!
