Congrats go out to Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo, as he has popped the question to girlfriend Candice Crawdford - 24 (sister to Gossip Girls' Chace Crawford).
Reportedly Romo popped the question as the couple were celebrating Candice's 24th birthday with the Crawford family at Five Sixty restaurant in Dallas.
