Reginae Carter, daughter to rapper Lil Wayne and reality star Toya Carter, celebrated her 12th birthday by having a lavish celebration at Atlanta restaurant Straits (Ludacris' restaurant) over the weekend.
Helping to celebrate the young diva in training were of course her parents, Birdman, Nivea, Tiny, and Toya's fiance Memphitz.
