Miley Cyrus Caught Smoking On A Bong (VIDEO)!!!

*blank PHUCKIN' stare*

Ummmm, Miley....what would posses a person to allow someone to tape them while smoking??? AND you are superstar Miley Cyrus? *calm down, Flash*

Superstar Miley Cyrus was caught on video smoking on a Bong (commonly used when smoking marijuana) at her L.A. home 5 days after her 18th birthday.

According to a source connected with Miley ... the smoke filling the bong is a natural herb called salvia which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California.

As for the video ... the source tells us it was shot by one of Miley's friends --  and the theory is someone stole or copied the video from that friend's camera.

STUPID...just plain STUPID!!! 

Don't get me wrong, I completely understand that kids will experiment with drugs, alcohol, etc (Im not naive), but to allow someone to TAPE you smoking a drug being that cameras are always following you, is BEYOND me.

YEP....she'll be Lindsay Lohan in a couple years.
