Miley Cyrus' Dad Responds To "Bong-Gate"!

As we reported a few days ago, Miley Cyrus was caught on video "hitting the bong" with friends a few days after her 18th birthday. Now her father, Billy Ray Cyrus has responded to the reports:

Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. Im so sad. There is much beyond my control right now.

Tough situation to be in! Because everybody will point the finger and say what the parent's "should've been doing", but let's just keep it real....this WILL happen! It's not the first time, and it damn sure won't be the last.

Unfortunately, Miley (like many young stars) lives under a microscope where her every move is documented. My only beef is, WHY WOULD YOU LET THEM VIDEOTAPE YOU, MILEY??????????
