Brown’s lawyer Geragos told judge Patricia Schnegg that his client had completed his 52-week domestic violence counseling and asked the judge to remove the existing restraining order against Brown, reports RadarOnline.com.It appears that both Chris Brown and Rihanna have moved on from the incident, so to have a stay-away order on Brown's part seems unnecessary to me. Let's face it, I strongly believe that Rihanna isn't fearing for her life around Chris Brown. He's done a great job in owning up to his mistakes, and hopefully her team of lawyers can see that.
“It makes it difficult at award shows and such,” said Geragos.
Sticking to protocol, Rihanna’s attorney must also approve the modification from a “stay away” to a “do not annoy” order before the request can be granted.
Dancers, do you think Chris should have the order lifted?
