While in London for a slew of concert performances, rap's latest phenom Drake drops by Tim Westwood's show to speak on his collaboration with Lil Wayne on Tha Carter IV and it appears that he maybe trying to "come" for Jay-Z and Kanye West's collabo "Watch The Throne"
On Wayne: “He’s in great mental shape, he’s in the zone right now. I’ve heard a lot of music on Tha Carter IV, its going to be an exciting album. When Wayne makes me nervous it’s a good sign. He makes that music where you’re like ‘mmmhh I should of thought of that…’Oh yeah....he DEFINITELY threw some subliminal shots! Drake, "you ain't about that life". Have a SEAT, k?
On Carter IV: “I’ll be on it… we’ve done a great song. (Tim: You and Wayne?) yea, and we’re going to do another one… and another one. We still got to do that album. I heard two other guys are coming out with an album together, too. There’s two other rappers are coming out with an album together. I don’t know where they got that idea but…I caught wind of it through the grapevine that there’s some other album with two guys rapping on it. [laughs]
