"Teen Mom" Signs Over Custody Of Son To Her Mother (VIDEO)

Every time I view MTVs "Teen Mom" reality show, I swear it makes my heart ache! While some young women on the show have the support of their families, there are some that are all alone while trying to raise their child, all while still holding on to their youth.

In the above clip, you will see Jenelle who has made an extremely BRAVE decision to give her mom (whom she has had a tumultuous relationship with) temporary custody of her son Jayce.

Jenelle has gone through a very tough time trying to get her life together, but often times abandoned her son while she went out partying with her friends. I'm so happy that she was mature enough to make this decision. I'm hoping that she realized her mom only has her best interests at heart and wants the best for her and grandson.
