Well, DAMN! I guess it's safe to say that these two are a couple, eh?

Disney Selena Gomez was spotted hand-in-hand with her rumored beau, mega-star Justin Bieber on a leisurely stroll in Santa Monica, CA on Sunday afternoon.

The "couple" shared laughs with one another as they opted to check out the sights at the Santa Monica Pier.
