After wearing Fashion House PRADA for a number of red carpet events throughout the year, reports are stating that True Grit actress Hailee Steinfeld was just named the new face of Miu Miu (PRADA's secondary line).

Prada reps and Steinfeld’s stylist Karla Welch both confirmed this to various media sources on Monday. Welch told the Daily Beast, “Miu Miu is such a perfect fit for her. Throughout awards season, they were the dresses she wanted to wear.” The Fall/Winter 2011 campaign has already been shot, but no details are available about it.

Steinfeld is the youngest ever face of the brand, and she joins Katie Holmes, Evan Rachel Wood, Vanessa Paradis and Lindsay Lohan in the ranks of former Miu Miu muses.
