I don't know what ran through or was on 50 Cent's mind when he walked outta the house with this 'Soul Glo' 'do from the 80's, but a citation should be issued!!!

The hip hop mogul and rapper was spotted ACTUALLY giving interviews looking like this in Aruba yesterday.
