Rihanna Addresses "Man Down" Video Controversy On '106 & Park' (VIDEO)

I knew that 'people' would start complaining about this video....it was only a matter of time!

Yesterday, Rihanna called into BET's '106 & Park' music video program where she spoke about the video’s concept and why she chose to include a murder scene.
“I don’t like to just make videos. I love to make an experience and this is art with a message,” she told hosts Terrence and Rocsi. “Obviously [the character is] not a cold-blooded killer. It has to be something so offensive and we decided to hone in on a very serious matter that people are afraid to address.”
What are your thoughts, Dancers? Are folk's critiques warranted? Or are they making a big deal out of nothing? Flash is gonna go with the latter.....

  1. People need to get over themselves and raise their own damn children and stop worrying about if videos are going to make them sluts and killers OMG. if parents teach morals, values, and set a good example themselves then the kids will realize that its just a vid GEESH...

    Sincerely,

    a NON parent lol
