Fashion forward thinking pop star Lady GaGa decided to go semi-nude (WHY NOT!) in the Meat Packing District in New York City yesterday wearing a see-through dress and a veil, all while toting a Coco Chanel leather make-up box. 

But of course! Fashion first, yes? YES!!!
