A newly single Ashton Kutcher appeared to be caught off guard by the paps at a Chevron gas station in Los Angeles, CA on Tuesday night.
The paps were more than over-zealous to catch a glimpse of Ashton since wife Demi Moore has made up her mind that she wants a divorce due to Ashton's alleged cheating.
When will people learn? The end result of cheating is NEVER positive!
