I often forget that, ya know what....celebs are just like you and I! And when I see flix like these of celebs, I'm often reminded of that!
After having throat surgery last month to repair some strained vocal chords, British songstress (and one of my loves!) Adele stepped outside of her London home yesterday without a STITCH of makeup on her face, adding to her girl next door charm!
She spoke with a friend and toted her dog along as if the paps weren't snapping pics of her!
