There is only ONE Kim Kardashian -- and now she's declaring a legal war on Old Navy for using a Kim K look-alike in a recent ad campaign. Kim is filing a lawsuit against the clothing giant -- claiming they intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to dupe the public into thinking Kim was affiliated with Old Navy. We're told Kim is especially furious that Old Navy has been tweeting to her page about the look-alike -- in an effort to gain even more publicity. One of those tweets read, "@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy's Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?" We're told Kim believes the copycat campaign has damaged her wallet somewhere in the range of $15 to $20 million.
Oh and just an FYI, the model/singer in the Old Navy commercial that Kim claims is her clone is Melissa Molinaro, Reggie Bush's rumored new girlfriend. Ummmmm Mmmmmmm

As we previously reported, Bethenny Frankel is being sued for over $100Million by her ex-managers for their alleged earnings/share from the sale of her Skinnygirl Margarita brand. Now Bethenny is speaking out about:
"Life is good for me with all the things that are most important, namely family. But let's be clear, I am a strong woman, and I am not afraid and won't back down when I'm bullied by something with zero merit. Success is earned by hard work, not taking advantage of others. Unfortunately, one of the signs of success is being the subject of frivolous lawsuits, like this one. This is simply someone with his hand out, who did nothing to earn it, and I am not going to be bullied. We are exploring all of our options, including filing counterclaims against these people."

Reality star turned liquor mogul Bethenny Frankel has been sued by her ex-managers, who claim they helped broker her pairing with the lucrative Skinnygirl cocktail brand and were cut out of the rich deal that followed. Los Angeles-based Raw Talent sued the Real Housewives of New York and Bethenny Ever After star today in L.A. Superior Court. Raw co-president Doug Wald alleges he met Frankel in May 2008, as she was appearing on Real Housewives, and she expressed interest in launching her own unscripted series. He says he then helped introduce her to some agents at APA that specialize in repping reality stars. According to the complaint, Frankel signed with APA on August 7, 2008, and also agreed orally that day to retain Wald as her personal manager and pay Raw 10 percent of her earnings (she allegedly confirmed the relationship in an e-mail sent the next day). Wald says Frankel specifically sought out his advice because she thought the Skinnygirl cocktail was underexploited and he could help her make some money from it. "She expressly represented that any agreement relating to the exploitation of the Skinnygirl Cocktail Brand would be commissionable under their management agreement," the complaint says.Wald says he then helped Frankel hook up with liquor industry veteran David Kanbar, who put together a business plan for a company that would buy the brand, use Frankel's celebrity to help market it and sell it in two years for a hefty profit. But Raw Talent says Frankel fired Wald in November 2008, days before signing her deal to develop and market Skinnygirl. The brand has become a huge success. Seventeen months after Frankel and Kanbar went into business together, they sold the company in March in what The Hollywood Reporter called a $120 million deal. Raw Talent now says it's owed 10 percent of that deal, or an estimated $12 million. Plus, the company wants $100 million in punitive damages to make an example out of Frankel. "Notwithstanding her clear and unambiguous agreement and obligation to pay Raw Talent its 10% commission, Frankel now refuses," the lawsuit says. We've reached out to Frankel's rep for comment and will update with a response. The suit, filed by well-known showbiz litigator Bryan Freedman and Joshua Blum, alleges causes of action for fraud, breach of oral contract and other counts.

On Monday, a NEW suit was filed ordering him and two others to pay $1.9 million for defaulting on a property loan. His church, New Birth, was not included in the suit.
$1.9 MILLION??? Since you're close with the Lord and all, you should probably start praying now.
Long’s spokesman Art Franklin commented on the suit saying, “I am unaware of the lawsuit that you referenced and have no comment about it at this time.”

In SMH News of the day, singer Sean Kingston is being accused of sexual assault by a woman he allegedly had sex with in Seattle.
The alleged incident occurred Sunday night, at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Seattle. Sources tell us two women showed up for a party in one of the hotel rooms. Kingston was present. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the women were both intoxicated when they arrived, with bottles of vodka and beer in hand. We're told one of the women claims Kingston had sex with her, and, as one source says, "She was very aggressive." Kingston then left the party and went to another room on the same floor. Sources say the woman then proceeded to have sex with two other men in the room. The second woman, we're told, also had sex with someone in the room. A hotel manager tells TMZ "an incident" did indeed occur in the hotel Sunday night, though he was not specific. The fire department tells us an ambulance was called and transported both women -- 19 and 20 years of age -- to a hospital where rape tests were conducted. We're told the women were also tested for Rufinol, but the results are not in.

As we previously reported last week, Oprah Winfrey was headed to court in Philadelphia because of a defamtion lawsuit filed by Nomvuyo Mzamane, the former headmistress of the media mogul's school for girls.
Now, we are pleased to report that the two women have now in fact settled the lawsuit:
The two parties met woman to woman without their lawyers and are happy that they could resolve this dispute peacefully to their mutual satisfaction," according to a statement by attorneys from both sides that was released by Winfrey's Harpo Productions.
This is what happens when one person is THAT powerful....flash a few dollars in their face, and the lawsuit goes away! I ain't mad atcha Ms. Winfrey! You got thangs to do other than sit in a courtoom!

Lady GaGa's former boyfriend, Rob Fusari, has filed a suit against her in a Manhattan state court Wednesday for $30.5 million, AP reports. You're kidding me, right???
Fusari claims he helped create her name and image but was left high and dry when her career started to soar. That's what they ALLLLLL claim!
The lawsuit details how Fusari reshaped her sound and persona, including coming up with the name Lady Gaga, adapted from Queen's "Radio Ga Ga." But GaGa hereself, begs to differ. In an interview given to the AP last year, GaGa says, "I was Gaga from the time that I was 19 through my first record deal. I always dressed like that before people knew me as Lady Gaga. I was always that way ... I stuck out like a sore thumb."
