Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez (mommy to Flashdance) was spotted arriving to the set of their new job American Idol in Pasadena California yesterday. 

The new season of Idol is said to be kicked off with a two-night premiere event on Wednesday, January 19 and Thursday, January 20 at 8:00 P.M. ET/PT on FOX. 

I never really watch AI all the way through the season. I usually drop off after the horribly, bad sounding people are kicked off during tryouts (am I the only one?). But this season, it might be different for me. I'm curious to see how Lopez and Tyler carve out their own personalities. JLo, I'm ready to see The Bronx with a side of "Fly Girl", k?

It's official! Jennifer Lopez and Aerosmith's Steven Tyler will be joining Randy Jackson at the judges' table when American Idol kicks off season 10 in January. "I'm looking for the next Michael Jackson," Lopez said before a screaming crowd at the Los Angeles Forum after Ryan Seacest introduced her. "We're looking for the best American Idol ever." The announcement was made during a live press conference Wednesday.

I don't know about yall, but I am soooooo damn happy this is over! Now let's focus our attention back on the kids who actually MAKE the show!

PS - I'm still happy for my doll, JLo!!!
