‘The Hangover’s’ Zach Galifianakis Smokes Weed On TV!



Ummmmm...last time I checked, Mary Jane was illegal in the USA, yes?

Hangover star Zach Galifianakis was a guest on Bill Maher's HBO talk show when he sparked up right in front of the Universe.

Oh....to be a white man in this country!
