Lindsay Lohan is back in the spotlight again, Dancers....and this time it's not positive. *surprise surprise* The Georgia Rule actress is in the middle of a police investigation that involves a $5,000 necklace that was stolen from a store in Los Angeles!
The owner of the store claims that Lindsay was caught on surveillance wearing the expensive piece, although it's unclear if the video actually shows Lindsay walking out of the store with the jewelry.

But to make things worse, last night one of Lindsay's associates turned the piece over to the cops.
Oh, then you stole it!!! Doesn't take a rocket scientist....
And considering that Lindsay is STILL on probation, this is not looking good for LaLohan. DUMMY....
