Lindsay Lohan Arrives To Court For Her Arraignment + Enters "Not Guilty" Plea

Well..she looks great, right (might be a tad bit too much for court, though)? This girl can NOT win.....

Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving for her arraignment at a Los Angeles courthouse earlier today.

Dressed in a form-fitting white dress, Lindsay was officially charged with felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice, CA.

As expected, Lindsay entered a 'not guilty' plea with a bond being set at $20,000, with the order that she be remanded to sheriff's custody. The Judge presiding over the case, Keith Schwartz, lectured Lindsay by saying: "You're no different than anyone else ... please don't push your luck."

WHOA!!! I see they're not playing ANY games with her!
Reports stated that Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, tried to have the bond paid immediately, but she was denied that option while being told that procedure must be the same in this case as all others.

Having regrets that they reported the "theft" to police, Geoff Kaman, the jewelry store owner, told press that he and his wife are “extremely sad on how all of this has turned out.”

Mmmmmm, Hmph!

More flix of Lindsay arriving to court under the break.....
