Justin Bieber Takes Paternity Test.....What Say YOU, Mariah Yeater?!?!?

Justin Bieber took a DNA test on Friday night in New Jersey, and now it's baby mama's move. Justin took the test at a lab under "very controlled circumstances."  We're told there is a solid chain of custody, so it's going to be hard for Mariah Yeater or her lawyer to challenge it. As we first reported, Justin's team will NOT settle or even discuss settlement with Yeater or her lawyer.  It's now up to her to provide DNA results from Mariah's baby.

Mariah's lawyer was unavailable for comment.

I blame MYSELF for still reporting on this story...SMH! But I'm soooooo waiting for this lil WINCH to eat crow and crawl back in her hole and never to return. Wishful thinking.....

In related news, Justin will take a paternity test to prove he is NOT the father of Yeater's baby, and will then SUE: 

Our sources say Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, contacted Yeater's attorneys Friday and conveyed the DNA test WILL happen. We're told Justin and his team are so serious ... they directed Weitzman to find a lab to do the test and Weitzman has already selected one.

Once the test shows Justin is not the daddy, Justin and his team will sue her. We're told Yeater's lawyers appeared "nervous" when they heard the news. This may explain why Yeater's lawyers went underground yesterday and did not return TMZ's calls.

Sources say Bieber and his team think it's important to file a lawsuit against Yeater to show there are consequences when somebody trumps up phony, hurtful allegations against a celebrity.

Justin Bieber: "Never Met The Woman" Mariah Yeater

Does anybody believe this story? 

Justin Bieber appeared on the TODAY show this morning to debunk the rumor that has followed him heavily all week: whether or not he fathered a 20-year old woman's baby, by the name of Mariah Yeater.

And Justin, with his cool self, denies all allegations and even says the he NEVER met her before.

"I'd just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true," Bieber said. "I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim."

He went on to explain, "It's crazy, every night after the show I've gone right from the stage right to my car, so it's crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations. To set the record straight, none of it is true."

To be clear, Lauer followed up by asking Bieber directly, "Do you know this woman? Her name is Mariah Yeater?"

"Never met the woman," Bieber said.

Can we make mention that this woman is claiming to have had sex with Justin when he was 16 years old and she was 19! Ummmmmm, can we say STATUTORY RAPE? Or, is it different when the rape victim is a boy? This winch is the dumbest I've seen in quite some time!

Woman Claims Justin Bieber Is The Father Of Her Newborn

WELP, Justin! Welcome to the land where groupies will LIE and pin babies on you. You can blame Maury Povich for this BS. 

A 20-year old California woman by the name of Mariah Yeater is claiming that pop sensation Justin Bieber fathered her three-month-old baby boy and is DEMANDING a paternity test "to scientifically confirm" he is the father of the child, according to court papers.

Listen, I wasn't in the bedroom when these two "allegedly" got it on, but if I was a betting woman, I would have to put my money on this young hoe LYING. YEP...just like that. 

Oh and to add insult to injury, this winch is asking the court for Bieber "to provide adequate support for my baby."

LOL! The BALLS on this one. 

So, how does Justin reply to this claim?

"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Lil Wayne may have a lil illegitimate kid running around -- this according to a Missouri woman who hit Weezy with paternity papers while the rapper was serving time at Rikers Island. Weezy -- who's already fathered 4 kids that he's aware of -- allegedly sired another child back in 2002 ... and now the 8-year-old's grandmother obtained a court order requiring Wayne to submit to a DNA test. According to the legal papers, obtained by TMZ, Weezy was supposed to get tested before September 10, 2010 ... but since he was behind bars at the time he got the letter (dated August 20), the judge pushed the deadline to December 9. The woman going after Wayne doesn't  explain why her daughter isn't pursuing the test herself -- in fact, the birth mother's name isn't even listed on the documents. Calls to Wayne's camp have not been returned.

Brian McKnight.....You Are NOT The Father!

Brian McKnight is not the father of a 14-year-old kid in Florida -- so says a DNA test -- and now, he's no longer responsible for $341,640 in back child support payments the boy's mother was hoping to collect.

$341,640??????????????????? You can buy a small village anywhere in Africa for that price! This trick thought she was about to get broke off...No Ma'am!!!!!!

As we previously reported, a woman sued McKnight last year claiming Brian is her long lost baby daddy. But McKnight didn't respond to her lawsuit, and the judge issued a default judgment against him ... which means he was on the hook for the cash.

McKnight eventually took a DNA test-- and the results showed that Brian could not be the kid's father ... so the judge promptly tossed out the case.

These winches are just straight up BOLD nowadays!

Ya know, I'm not opposed to the law requiring men and women to get DNA tests BEFORE they leave the hospital, because some women go TOO HARD with the accusations!

TMZ is reporting that Beyonce and Solange's dad, Matthew Knowles, is in fact the father of his mistress, Alexsandra Wright's baby!!!

Beyonce Knowles is officially a big sister again. A DNA test has confirmed that Mathew Knowles is the father of Alexsandra Wright's brand new baby boy ... sources tell TMZ. With the DNA test a match, we're told lawyers for Knowles and Wright are in the final stages of negotiating a settlement for baby Nixon's child support. Wright filed a paternity suit last October against Knowles -- who was temporarily ordered to pay $8,200 in monthly child support. Wright claims she had an 18-month affair with Knowles.
