WOW! She looks just like her eldest daughter Lourdes, right?

Check out Madonna's OUT Magazine cover in their first ever “Ladies We Love” issue. As you guys can recall, we posted a pic of Britney's cover last week!

The shot was taken by photographer Richard Corman back in 1982, a year before Madonna shot to music superstardom.
