"I really DID snort my father's ashes. The truth of the matter is that after having Dad’s ashes in a black box for six years, because I really couldn’t bring myself to scatter him to the winds, I finally planted a sturdy English oak to spread him around. And as I took the lid off of the box, a fine spray of his ashes blew out on to the table. I couldn’t just brush him off so I wiped my finger over it and snorted the residue. Ashes to ashes, father to son. He is now growing oak trees and would love me for it."

The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) just announced its winners in the 2010 Xtreme Eating Awards on Tuesday. Some of the items had as many calories (about 2,000) and saturated fat (20 grams) as someone should eat in an entire day.

I had to have a conversation with myself whether or not I wanted to view the calories listed in these specific foods/restaurants! But then I thought to ymself that life it toooooo damn short to worry about calories!!!

• California Pizza Kitchen: tostada pizza with grilled steak (1,680 calories, 32 grams saturated fat) and the pesto cream penne (1,350 calories, 49 grams saturated fat).

Johnson started the company with her then husband, Bob Johnson, about 30 years ago with $15,000 in seed money and a $500,000 investment from media mogul John Malone.

Now, she is speaking out about her her thoughts on the network, since her and Bob relinquished their rights to Viacom (pocketing $1.3 billion for them to share - COT DAMN!):

“Don’t even get me started,” says the 60-year-old Johnson, who has since divorced and remarried (charmingly enough, to the Virginia circuit court judge who presided over her divorce). “I don’t watch it. I suggest to my kids [a twentysomething daughter and a college-age son] that they don’t watch it… I’m ashamed of it, if you want to know the truth.”

BRAVO!!! Unfortunately, lots of Blacks feel the EXACT same way as Johnson about the Network! And I'm quite sure it hurts her even more to see something that you've poured your blood, sweat and tears into, turn into the TRAGEDY that it is now!

I'm not gonna even front, $1.3 BILLION would sound DAMN GOOD to me also, but maybe they could've held onto it???

NFL Star Accused Of Kicking Wife Out Because She Wouldn't Get An Abortion!

NFL star Chris McAlister is at the center of a nasty legal war with his wife -- who claims Chris kicked her out of their home when she refused to get an abortion. Marlene McAlister has just filed court documents to end her 13 month marriage to the former Pro Bowler -- claiming she hasn't seen or heard from the guy since September 2009 ... 5 months before their daughter was born. In the docs, filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court, Marlene claims she's also "struggling financially" because Chris stopped paying his court-ordered spousal support and medical expenses. Marlene is also asking the court for sole custody of their 2-month-old daughter -- with Chris only getting supervised visitation -- because, according to the docs, "[Chris] has a volatile temper." Calls to Chris's camp were not returned.

Say it ain't so, Chris!!! Damn, it's not like she was a whore you picked up on the corner (I could UNDERSTAND it even though I don't agree), THIS IS YOUR WIFE for crying out loud!
