Hayden Panettiere was spotted at an Earth Day event for the release of Avatar sporting an uber-chic 'do which I J'ADORE!

And we all know, Hayden ALWAYS keeps an older gentleman on her arm; she brought along her new beau Ukaranian boxer Wladimir Klitschko. 

Hmmmmm, he's NOT the most easiest on the eyes.......
