Aretha Franklin is currently working on a biopic of her life, and wants Oscar winner Halle Berry to play a younger version of her in the film.
Ummmmmm, Re-Re...can I talk to you for a sec?!?! I've seen pics of you when you were younger, and ummmmmm you are NOT serving any Halle Berry-tease, doll! And I say that with ALL of the respect in the world!
Aretha also wants Denzel Washington – to play her father, the late C.L. Franklin, Terrence Howard and Smokey Robinson.
Ya know, when your name is Aretha Franklin (and you wear hats with a big Christmas bow on the front of them), your wishes can come true as well!
