Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester was on hand at the premiere of Country Strong at Regal Green Hills in Nashville, Tennessee last night in a Marc Jacobs' semi-sheer crochet one-shoulder dress.
Leighton accompanied the look with Cathy Waterman chandelier earrings and oddly-placed gold pasties.
Can I keep it all the way real? Me no likey, Leighton (or Marc). It's a lot going on with this look.
