The Little Fockers actor has cited irreconcilable difference on the court documents and is asking for joint custody of his two children, daughter Heavenly and son Hendricks. He is also asking the courts not give any spousal support to Torrei and that she not be allowed to leave the state of California with their children without his permission or a court order.
Ut oh! No spousal support AND she can't leave the state without permission? Sounds messy!
