Disney star Demi Lovato opened up to her fans in a new video where she described her stint in rehab as "the darkest point in her life." 

If you're looking for her to go into detail about what she went into rehab for, her hit Disney show or the status of her music career,you're not gonna get that! But she does reveal: "The journey has been very, very difficult, so I can help people the way you helped me during this rough time."
