Meet Who Will Replace Stacey Dash On VH1's "Single Ladies"

It's "All My Children" actress Denise Vasi (very Stacey Dash-esque)!

According to Deadline:
On the upcoming second season of the show executive produced by Queen Latifah, Vasi will star opposite co-leads LisaRaye McCoy and Charity Shea. She fills a void left by the departure of Stacey Dash after the end of the first season. Vasi will play the new role of Raquel, a close friend of Keisha (McCoy) who is a savvy business woman from a prominent Southern family on a quest to discover passion. “Denise is the perfect addition to the Single Ladies cast,” Queen Latifah said. “She is bringing a fun, new element to the show.”
Production for Season 2 will begin this January in Atlanta, GA, and VH1′s EVP of original production and programming Jeff Olde had this to say about Denise: “It was a rare and wonderful moment during the audition when everyone in the room immediately knew we had found our Raquel. Denise’s beauty, style, grace and humor leap from the screen.”
I'm still so very surprised by the success of Single Ladies. Because let's face it....TV shows starring primarily an African American cast usually don't last long.

Le's hope Denise does the show justice...she has some big shoes to fill, yes?
