Aretha Franklin And Condoleeza Rice Duet In Philly!

And unlikely pairing, eh? Not really......

The Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin and former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice took to the stage Tuesday evening at Philadelphia's Mann Music Center for a rare duet, aimed to raise money for urban children and awareness for music and the arts.

KUDOS!

People forget (lawwd knows I did) Rice is a classically trained pianist and of course Franklin is know for her stellar voice and musical longevity. So it was only natural for the two to link up for a wonderful cause.

More pics under the break....

Since this is a "positive" post, I won't go all the way innnnn on the Queen of Soul, but PLEASE get into Aretha's ensemble.....YAAASSSS!!!
Where did Ron Isley come from? Oh aiiight.....
