Shannen says in a statement that her father was the "greatest man in the world . . . I love him with every inch of my being and cannot imagine life without him."
Shannen was very vocal about the positive role her dad played in her life and said how he inspired her to take on the challenge of Dancing with the Stars after he suffered a devastating stroke on Christmas Day.
So sad....
