Actress Gabrielle Union and her NBA boyfriend Dwyane Wade are all smiles on the February issue of ESSENCE magazine. 

If you guys don't remember, Dwyane went through a very public and MESSY divorce from his high school sweetheart and ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade that resulted in Wade obtaining physical custody of their two children. 

So, will Gabby and Dwyane ever walk down the aisle again? Dwyane says:

“We’re not rushing it. Both of us have been married before, and we understand that if we choose to marry again, we want it to be right. We both took failing at marriage hard. The next time it’s gotta be forever…”

They'll be engaged by the time 2012 is up. Mark my words.

Ut oh,,,,the lil tattooed martian has beef! And surprisingly, it's with Miami Heat all-stars LeBron James and Dwyane Wade! In an interview in the newest Rolling Stone magazine (which Wayne is on the cover), he speaks about his issues with them:

“Them n*ggas never speak to a n*gga,” he says. “They don’t chuck me the deuce or nothing. N*gga spent all that money on them f*cking tickets… Come holla at me. We sit right by them little b*tch-ass n*ggas. At least come ask me why I’m not rooting for you.”

Gabby told the crowd that she loves D-Wade because he is an amazing man, father and because he also let's her know when her tracks (weave) are showing, and when she needs Spanks!

Dwyane Wade And Wife Siohvaughn Will Officially Be Divorced This Week!

According to The Chicago Tribune:

A Cook County judge has agreed to grant a divorce for NBA All-Star Dwyane Wade and his estranged wife, ending more than two years of contention, Wade's lawyer said. Judge Marya Nega will grant the divorce between Dwyane Wade and Siohvaughn Wade in court on Friday, and save custody and assets proceedings for a later date, said Jim Pritikin, Dwyane Wade's divorce attorney. "Mr. Wade has waited patiently for almost three years for this day to arrive," Pritikin said Tuesday night. "It is in the best interest of the Wade children that their parents' marriage be dissolved." Last month, Nega slammed Siohvaughn Wade after she fired her ninth lawyer, saying the case would be moving forward. The divorce battle also has spawned various other lawsuits. A custody hearing is scheduled for July 19, Pritikin said.

A judge also granted Dwyane Wade TEMPORARY custody of his two children until they can figure this mess out.

Last week we reported that Siohvaughn Wade, ex-wife to NBA star Dwyane Wade, had filed a lawsuit against Dwyane's current girlfriend Gabrielle Union citing the couple's sons experienced emotional distress, alleging, for example, that Wade and Union "engaged in sexual foreplay" in front of the boys. Women Scorned!!!

Now, Siohvaughn Wade was taken into custody earlier today after she failed to show up for a divorce hearing. Lawwwwdddd, ha'mercy......

Dwyane Wade And Gabrielle Union Speak Out About Ex-Wife's Lawsuit!

Yesterday we reported that Dwyane Wade's ex-wife, Siohvaughn Wade, has filed a lawsuit against Gabrielle Union for "breaking up their marriage" (LAUGHABLE!), now Dwyane along with Union have released a statement:

"I am shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and meritless lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union. I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination. My primary concern is my children and actions such as this only inflame the situation and are harmful to their well being.”
