Sandra Bullock gets charitable as she donates $1 million to the Red Cross to support the relief effort for the Japan disaster. "The American Red Cross is extremely grateful for this generous support from Sandra Bullock and her family," the organization said in a statement. "This contribution is vitally important as the Red Cross works to provide critical assistance and essential relief items in this time of urgent need for so many people in Japan." This isn't the first time the Oscar winner has shown such generosity. Bullock also gave $1 million to Doctors Without Borders to aid in the Haiti relief effort after the devastating earthquake there in January of 2010.If I was into girls, I would soooooo marry her! Jesse James scored a victory in his custody battle with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder when a court ruled Tuesday he may take their 6-year-old daughter to Texas to a home near his other ex, Sandra Bullock. Lindemulder, a former porn star who lives in California, wailed when the Orange County, Calif., judge announced the decision. "I'll move! I'll move!" she cried. "I can't get attached and let her go!" James, 41, and Lindemulder, also 41, faced off in a week-long trial over his move to Austin, which he testified was for business purposes. He was quoted in an online interview that another reason was so his three children can maintain a close relationship with stepmom Bullock. The judge said that James and Lindemulder will have joint custody but James can take Sunny to Texas at the start of her new school calendar, which should be around mid-August. Until then, Sunny will be with her mom. The motorcycle mogul testified Lindemulder, a recovering addict, still has unresolved personal issues and feared that if she "hit rock bottom" it would involve Sunny. Lindemulder says she has been sober for several years and wants to improve trust and communication with her ex. Lindemulder accused him of moving to simply try to win Bullock back at the expense of Lindemulder's relationship with Sunny. Bullock had helped raise Sunny during the actress's marriage to James and has said she is still close to the child.Any time a Judge grants custody to a FATHER over the MOTHER, then clearly something is not right with the mom. James told an Orange County, Calif. judge that Sunny "acts out, she's more agitated, she has sleeping problems," since Lindemulder was released from a halfway house on June 3 for misdemeanor tax evasion. "The more contact she has with her mom, the more fear she has to sleep in her own room." James, 41, and Lindemulder are facing off in a trial regarding whether Sunny should be allowed to move to Austin with James. A court-appointed attorney for Sunny testified the move is in the child's best interest. The motorcycle mogul testified he intends to relocate on July 31 and has already purchased an eight-acre, five-bedroom home "in a very private estate in Texas hill country," about 17 miles from the home of his other ex-wife, Sandra Bullock, who has helped raise Sunny.Jesse's ex-wife proves to be a real nut job, for sure, but Jesse let's not play like your cheating and subsequent divorce doesn't play a role into her acting out also!
