Going through what seems to be quite the nasty split, Mel Gibson has reportedly filed a restraining order against his babymamma Oksana Grigorieva. While the former lovers insisted that their April 2010 breakup was amicable, Mel has since submitted paperwork at the Los Angeles Superior Court to keep Miss Grigorieva from coming near him. A Radar Online report tells that, along with a temporary restraining order, Mel has filed "a notice about a forthcoming court hearing and a notice of visitation rights and child custody." At the time of their parting of ways, Oksana had told press, “I can tell you that we have split up, suddenly and recently. Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon."Stay tuned........
