Last weekend, ex wife to Lil Wayne, Antonia "Toya" Carter celebrated the grand opening of her women's boutique GARB in her hometown of New Orleans.
This was a very proud moment for the budding business woman as it gave her an opportunity to give back to her hometown, and also share the moment with her loved ones.
