Usher and Ex-Wife Tameka Raymond Involved In A Bitter Court Battle Over Their Children!

Usher's ex-wife wants to take away his kids ... claiming the singer has repeatedly blown off his legal obligations as a co-parent ... and even worse -- he CLOSED her Saks 5th Avenue credit card ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ.

OH NO, not the Saks card! We have problems!

Tameka Raymond -- who had 2 kids with Usher during their brief 2 year marriage -- filed court papers in Georgia ... asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their children ASAP. According to the docs, Tameka claims Usher has repeatedly FAILED to obtain her permission to travel outside the state with the kids ... which he's legally obligated to do.

Usher And Ex-Wife Have A Sex Tape?

A sex tape featuring Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, is being hocked around town. TMZ was approached several days ago by someone claiming to have the sex tape. The person sent us a short video and two photos.  We'll keep this PG-13 and just say ... the people in the video are both givers. The video and photos are clear -- it's Usher and Tameka. Sources close to Usher -- without specifically admitting the existence of a sex tape -- tell us they believe this video could have been among the things Usher had stolen out of his car back in December 2009. Usher reported more than $1,000,000 worth of jewelry and electronics taken -- including two laptop computers. A rep for Usher had no comment. 

I don't know about yall, but *yawwwwwn* I'm not really innnerested! It's not that I don't wanna see what Usher is working with (shoot me...yall do too!), but these two were MARRIED. I mean, who wants to see two married people have sex? Can we say.....BORING!!!

Now, let's say, if this was a sex tape featuring Usher and a Kardashian ....THEN we've struck gold!!!

Usher's ex Tameka released the following statement:

"Yes, I have had sex with my [ex] husband.  Multiple times. Would I sanction a sextape being out? Absolutely not. I am a mother and entrepreneur. Sex tapes or pornography would not be my lane.  I have no desire to be seen in that way."

*cough-cough* Notice there was never an admission of there NOT being a sex tape! Ummmm Hmmmmm.....

Twitter Beef: Kandi Burruss VS Tameka Raymond!

 

I repeat: CELEBS.STAY.OFF.TWITTER. (well I really don't want you to, but you know what I mean....).

Late last night, The Twitter Universe was in an uproar when RHOA star Kandi Burruss was a guest on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live talk show. For those who have never watched Andy's show, he often plays games with his guests and this time was no different. In one game, Andy asked Kandi who was her celebrity crush. Kandi replied, "Usher" and also said she knew him personally but heard he was good in the bedroom.

Well, COT DAMN!!!

A person on Twitter obviously 'hipped' Tameka Raymond (Usher's ex-wife) to what actually went down on the late night program, and this is what was said:

 

 

The word in Atlanta is that Kandi HAS in fact slept with a few married men, and her daughter's father was conceived when he was involved in a relationship with the mother of his children! Don't shoot the messenger...this is just what I've heard LOL.

Chiiiiiiile, this is just plain messy (but I silently LIVE for this)!!!

Tameka probably shouldn't have tweeted that message to some random, but hey....if she didn't, we wouldn't have anything to talk about right?

A Day In The Life Of: Tameka Raymond!

Vibe had the pleasure of spending the day with the 'famous' and often times 'infamous' Tameka Raymond!

In this photo-shoot of sorts, they followed the recently divorced wife of Usher as she dropped by her new boutique "Estella", got her hair done, pumped some iron, and took some time out to hang with her kids.

For some reason, I feel Tameka and I are friends.....call me crazy! :)
