Well his wife, Vanessa G. Long, has decided to file for DIVORCE!


GOOD.FOR.HER.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here's her statement provided by her lawyers:

"It is my sincere hope that this matter can be resolved expeditiously, harmoniously, and fairly. I ask that you respect my privacy and that of my family, as my attorneys and I have agreed that we will not try this case in the media, and I do not intend to make any further statements concerning this matter."

Scarlett Johansson's Cell Phone Hacker Caught By The FBI!

Federal authorities accuse a 35-year-old Florida man of hacking into accounts on computers and other devices belonging to more than 50 people, including entertainers Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis, Simone Harouche and Renee Olstead, officials announced Wednesday. Christopher Chaney of Jacksonville, Florida, was indicted on charges of accessing protected computers without authorization, damaging protected computers, wiretapping and aggravated identity theft, officials said. "Unfortunately, Mr. Chaney was able to access nude photos of some of the celebrities and some of them were uploaded on the Internet," U.S. Attorney Andre Birotte Jr. said. A recently circulated nude photo of Johannsson is part of the investigation, he said. Chaney allegedly "also took financial information, movie scripts and conversations that the celebrities believed to be private," Birotte told reporters. Chaney allegedly was able to access passwords by monitoring social media and other online sites that the celebrities used, said Steven Martinez, assistant director in charge of the FBI's Los Angeles field office. Bethenny Frankel Sold "Skinnygirl" For Significantly Less That The Reported $120 Million

My gal Bethenny Frankel has been under severe media scrutiny as of late! First, she was accused of drumming up a plan to become lost at sea while taping her hit reality TV show (according to her, she was actually lost at sea during a trip with her husband Jason Hoppy for a few hours). And now it has been revealed that the "Skinnygirl" honcho actually sold her burgeoning enterprise for significantly less, as opposed to what was originally reported - that she netted a whopping $120 million. 

According to financial records posted on the Fortune Brands website, Bethenny sold her line of low calorie alcoholic beverages for just $8.1 million. 

WAIT. Wasn't Forbes the one who actually FEATURED Bethenny on their cover which lead folks to believe she made/sold "Skinnygirl" for $120 Million?!?!?!? I'm confused....

Although Bethenny never confirmed or denied "Skinnygirl" selling for that particular figure, the reality star has MUCH to be proud of! She has licensed deals for workout DVDs,  clothes, weight loss supplements, books, and MORE!

Taylor Armstrong Breaks Her Silence About Abuse Fron Deceased Husband (VIDEO)

 

This is just INCREDIBLY sad! I'm actually at a loss for words after viewing this interview. On one hand, my heart BREAKS for all of the abuse that Taylor has gone through and especially that Russell's children have to go on without him. And then, I just don't understand why Taylor feels the need to disclose ALL of the details about what has gone on throughout her marriage....so soon.

YES, she is a public figure and can help many people going through abuse currently, but a part of it just reads a tad bit inauthentic to me. Especially considering she is a reality star. It's just too soon IMO. But heeeey. I guess this was somewhat like therapy for her.

*shrug* I don't know. I just hope that she gets all of the help that she deserves.

In an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight's Nancy O'Dell, RHOBH's Taylor Armstrong recounts the abuse that she suffered at the hands of her now deceased husband Russell Armstrong:

'The first time he ever really harmed me physically, I was pregnant with Kennedy and he grabbed me by the throat and held me against a wall. I saw his ability to go from zero to 60 that quickly.' She said that after she prepared dinner for his two sons from a previous relationship, he snapped: 'He said 'If you ever make my children a pizza without a vegetable again, I'll kill you.'

And as for her most recent injury to her eye that left her with a shattered eye socket:

He (Russell) said I was overreacting, that I was such a drama queen but I said this time I think you've really hurt me,' Taylor told O'Dell.


'I don't think he saw himself as an abuser until the last time that he hurt me when I finally ended our relationship.'

But Taylor believes that her husband was unaware, quite how much damage he was doing. 


'When I finally showed him the MRI he just put it down and started to cry,' she said.

'And I think it was him having to come to terms with the fact that this had gone on for too long and that this could've hurt me beyond what could've been repaired.'

WOW! More of the interview will continue today. But Taylor did reveal how she told her daughter Kennedy that her father passed away:

'I just told her Daddy got sick and he died, and that we could pick a star in the sky that could be daddy and that she could talk to him every night,'

Actress Scarlette Johansson is threatening legal action against anyone who posts the nude photos of her that hit the Internet on Wednesday. Johansson's lawyer, Marty Singer, has issued letters to websites that are running the photos — one of which shows her topless, another shows her standing with a towel covering her front side with her butt exposed in a mirror — noting that they must take the photos down and that they are "stolen copyright protected private photographs," according to TMZ. The lawyer's statement continues, "The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless. If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly."

We reported late last night that FOX 5 News in Atlanta had exclusive information on a 5th accuser in the Bishop Eddie Long sex scandal that was kept out of the spotlight. But now, they are uncovering the identity of the young man: 22 year old aspiring pop singer, Centino Kemp from the Bahamas.

FOX 5 is reporting that Centino met The Bishop when he was a teenager and was visiting on a trip from the Bahamas, and get this!!!! Centino even has a tattoo of The Bishop's name on his wrist with a passage under the name entitled: “Never a mistake, Always a lesson.”

Police Report Revealed In Nicki Minaj Hotel Fight

Ha! Did I not say that TMZ would release this police report after Nicki Minaj and her "friend" Safaree denied the physical altercation allegation? WELP!

TMZ has obtained the police report describing the hotel altercation between Nicki Minaj and a man, in which she claimed he struck her in the face with a suitcase ... and Dallas cops tell us the alleged attacker is Nicki's assistant Safaree Samuels. TMZ broke the story ... Nicki and Samuels were arguing at a hotel pool in Dallas Monday night and took it upstairs to the room. According to the police report, Nicki followed Samuels up to the room they were sharing, to make sure he didn't take any of her stuff.  Nicki was in the room looking into her suitcase, which had some of Samuels' belongings, when she says he "grabbed the suitcase and as he was picking it up, he shoved the suitcase across [Nicki's] chin and lower lip." The police report goes on:  "[Nicki's] teeth struck the inside of her lower lip, causing the inside of the lower lip to cut and start to bleed." According to the report, a paramedic arrived on scene, but Nicki decided she didn't want to press charges so the case was closed.

The mother -- Mildred Patricia Baena (50 - she goes by Patty) -- was a housekeeper/assistant for the family for more than 20 years. Her jobs included cleaning, laundry, cooking and other chores. Sources tell TMZ -- in the late '90s Patty began to "pursue Arnold."  She told friends they would have unprotected sex during the day at the house.  Patty never slept overnight at the house and no one ever caught them in the act. We're told when she became pregnant, she didn't tell Arnold he was the father. Arnold didn't learn he was the daddy until the boy was a toddler. Patty -- who made $1,200 a week -- was treated well by Arnold once he found out. Sources say Arnold was always "generous." Patty -- who has recently retired -- now lives in a 4 bedroom house with a pool, several hours outside of L.A. with the boy and her 3 other kids.
