Since dropping almost 100 lbs off her frame, Oscar winner and Chicago native Jennifer Hudson has been busier than ever with movie roles, magazine covers, endorsements and MORE!

Looking better than ever, JHud is the February 2012 cover girl for Good Housekeeping magazine.

On her cravings:

“I’ll find a calm, peaceful moment, and I’ll sit back and eat my chocolate, which I make sure is really good quality, too,” she says. “Quality over quantity!”

Jennifer Hudosn Opens "The Jennifer Hudson Weight Watchers Center" In Chicago

WOW! Good for her!!!

Turning her weight loss into another big business venture, Oscar winner and singer Jennifer Hudson has decided to put her money where her mouth is and open the "Jennifer Hudson Weight Watchers Center" in her hometown of Chicago, IL.

Joined by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel at the unveiling this afternoon, J-Hud, who has lost a reported 80 lbs, will donate a portion of the center's revenue to a foundation in honor of her late nephew, Julian King.

Wonderful!

The center is on the city's South Side, not far from President Barack Obama's home.

Way to go, Jennifer!

The event took place at the IAC Building in New York City where JHud decided to flaunt her new and improved body while Mizz Hendricks opted to cover up her curves. WHY?

"The Three Stooges" Movie Welcomes Jennifer Hudson!

Well that is sort've random, eh? According to Deadline, OSCAR winner Jennifer Hudson has signed on for the film adaptation of  "The Three Stooges" to play Sister Rosemary. 

She joins Jane Lynch, who's playing Mother Superior, and Larry David, who's playing Mother Mengele. The comedic film has already started filming, and JHUD will get the chance to show off her comedic acting chops against the stars of the film: Chris Diamantopoulos (Moe), Sean Hayes (Larry) and Will Sasso (Curly).

This should be innneresting.

Oscar winner/Grammy winner/Weight Watcher poster child Jennifer Hudson was on hand at the AOL Studios in Beverly Hills, California on Saturday for AOL Music's Sessions.

US Magazine caught up with the music powerhouse to hear how her fiance David Otunga is adjusting to her new body!

"He's getting adjusted to it," Hudson, 29, said. "He's not really into change that much. He fusses at me like, 'Why do you have to have to get all dressed up to go out and why can't you just go out like you used to? And I'm like, 'I'm a walking billboard now honey!"

The video was shot in Chicago and directed by Anthony Mandler earlier this month.

Jennifer Hudson Recounts Family Tragedy On "Oprah" + Performs Her Debut Single "Where You At"

This girl has been through sooooooooo much over the last couple of years, but through it all she has come out on top, and better than EVER!!!

Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson was a guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show where she spoke about her weight loss (shedding around 80 lbs) on Weight Watchers, she debuted her 1st single "Where You At" from her sophomore album I Remember Me (March 22nd), and recounts the TRAGIC death of her mother, brother and nephew:

“I try to do everything to say, ‘OK, will my mother like this? Will she be pleased? Will she be proud of that? How do I know she’s happy and she’s smiling down at me from heaven?’” said the tearful songstress. “And that’s what I try to go by and walk by.”

“It’s such a shocking thing,” she said. “It’s a lot to take in. It’s like, ‘OK, is this real? Did this really happen?’ It’s hard to put it in sync with reality.”

I found myself crying along with her yesterday when I viewed the program. It's so painfully obvious that she still carries around so much hurt and pain that her family is no longer with her.

But as we all know, life goes on. And she has definitely made them proud of her!

The single was written by R. Kelly and produced by Harvey Mason Jr. Speaking on her upcoming album, she says: “We got some good uptempos for you. It’s a bit of everything. I think this album brings all of that to the table. I was allowed to be far more involved in the recording process and the song selection. And this time, I only recorded what I loved. If I didn’t like it, I was not putting my vocals on that song.”

Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson payed tribute to the GREAT Oprah Winfrey at the Kennedy Center Honors, which aired on Tuesday night. Lady Hudson performed “I’m Here” (accompanied by the Tennessee State University Choir ) from the Broadway musical The Color Purple, and of course she SLAAAYED the competition
