Bishop Eddie Long's Wife RETRACTS Divorce Statement!

OMG! I'm DONE with this lady...ABSOLUTELY DONE!

In a NEW statement released this afternoon, Bishop Eddie Long's wife, Vanessa Long, released a follow-up announcement Friday afternoon explaining that she and her husband have agreed to "find healing":

"Upon prayerful reflection, I have reconsidered and plan to withdraw my petition for divorce from my husband, Bishop Eddie L. Long. I love my husband. I believe in him and admire his strength, and courage. My filing followed years of attacks in the media that frustrated and overwhelmed me. I love my family and church family, New Birth Missionary Baptist Church. Therefore, my husband and I have mutually agreed to find healing from these attacks. We ask that you respect our privacy during this time."

Bishop Eddie Long's Wife Files For Divorce!

Remember Bishop Eddie Long? The Bishop of New Life Missionary Church in Lithonia, Georgia that was accused of pressuring 4 young men into sexual relationships while they were teenagers that caused a National uproar? 


Well his wife, Vanessa G. Long, has decided to file for DIVORCE!


GOOD.FOR.HER.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here's her statement provided by her lawyers:

"It is my sincere hope that this matter can be resolved expeditiously, harmoniously, and fairly. I ask that you respect my privacy and that of my family, as my attorneys and I have agreed that we will not try this case in the media, and I do not intend to make any further statements concerning this matter."

FOX 5 News Report: 5th Eddie Long Accuser Has The Bishop's Name Tattoo'd On Wrist (VIDEO)

We reported late last night that FOX 5 News in Atlanta had exclusive information on a 5th accuser in the Bishop Eddie Long sex scandal that was kept out of the spotlight. But now, they are uncovering the identity of the young man: 22 year old aspiring pop singer, Centino Kemp from the Bahamas.

FOX 5 is reporting that Centino met The Bishop when he was a teenager and was visiting on a trip from the Bahamas, and get this!!!! Centino even has a tattoo of The Bishop's name on his wrist with a passage under the name entitled: “Never a mistake, Always a lesson.” 

WHEW.....SCANDAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More Legal Troubles For Bishop Eddie Long!

I hear when it rains, it pours. And It's no different in the case with Bishop Eddie Long. 

On Monday, a NEW suit was filed ordering him and two others to pay $1.9 million for defaulting on a property loan. His church, New Birth, was not included in the suit.

$1.9 MILLION??? Since you're close with the Lord and all, you should probably start praying now.

Long’s spokesman Art Franklin commented on the suit saying, “I am unaware of the lawsuit that you referenced and have no comment about it at this time.”

I bet you don't, sir.

It always gets far worse before it gets better. Buckle up, Daddy Long!

Eddie Long Accuser Spencer LeGrande Grants Interview!

A Bishop Eddie Long accuser Spencer LeGrande (who was just 15 years old when his family joined New Birth) has granted a TV interview from his Charlotte, NC home.

LeGrande accuses the Bishop of engaging in intimate sexual contact with him in the church. MY HEAVENS.......

He says that he prays for everyone involved "ESPECIALLY the Bishop, because he knows the truth."

Bishop Eddie Long Addresses His Congregation (VIDEO)

The moment you've all been waiting for......

Bishop Eddie Long FINALLY addressed (if that's what you wanna call it) his congregation early this morning for the first time since now FOUR young men have filed suit saying he sexual abused them.

If I were Eddie Long & Co. I would've made sure that those collection plates were in heavy rotation, because there wasn't an empty seat in the house for morning service (nosey MOFOs!).

All jokes aside, not much was said in reference to the allegations, but the Bishop did say he would not defend himself to the media:

"I've been accused, I'm under attack. I want you to know, as I said earlier, that I am not a perfect man," he said. "But this thing, I'm going to fight."

Not a perfect man, eh? How about "I DID NOT DO IT"!

Long added that he's "not the man that has been portrayed on the television. That's not me."

"And I want you to know one other thing," he told the cheering crowd Sunday morning. "I feel like David against Goliath, but I've got five rocks and I haven't thrown one yet."

As if his life couldn't get any lower at this moment, attorney B.J. Bernstein, representing the 2 plaintiffs (and now I'm hearing there is a 3rd that just came to the forefront), released these cell phone pictures the young men say were sent to them by pastor Eddie Long.

Dancers, can we first and foremost rap a taste about the extra SMEDIUM shirt the Bishop is rocking? "That looks good on you, sir"!

If he did in fact send these pics to the young men, why on earth would you take one almost nekkid with that Kangol on? Bishop, you are in SEVERE VIOLATION!!!

Roland Martin Interviews Lawyer In Eddie Long Case (Audio)

This morning, Roland Martin spoke with BJ Bernstein, the attorney for the two men who have filed a lawsuit against New Birth Missionary Baptist Church Pastor, Bishop Eddie Long.

In this particular lawsuit Bernstein details Bishop Long sexually coerced the two young men as well as other young men related to the church. Roland asks Bernstein when did she become involved in this case and when are the plaintiffs stating the sexual acts took place.

Bernstein told Roland she got involved a few weeks ago after she got a phone call from one of the young men involved in the case. She explained that once she spoke with the boys she decided to get involved. Bernstein explained that her first reaction was not to “just go file a lawsuit” but to call federal authorities. She said, “I was shaken by the seriousness of these allegations.”

According to Bernstein the families of the two men moved to the area just to join the church and got to know Bishop Long through the Longfellow Academy starting when they were 14 years old. By the time they where 17 years old, according to Bernstein, Bishop Long started to change and “move toward more sexual contact. Including moving one of the young men into a home owned by a church member where certain acts occurred.”
